4-I guide
Peace be upon Ibrahim.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "In which part of salah do we mention Ibrahim?"
Watch the Mt Hira College video Allahumma Salli, Durood Ibrahim.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What greeting does Allah give Ibrahim?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is Ibrahim mentioned in every salah?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah As-Saffat is surah 37. Find ayah 109. The key word salam means peace. Allah sends peace upon Ibrahim. In the last sitting of every salah, we ask Allah to bless Prophet Muhammad and his family as He blessed Ibrahim and his family. So Ibrahim's name is on our lips many times every day.
Fact: What is the name of the prayer for blessings on the Prophet that also mentions Ibrahim?
Ages 5–8: Salah moment. In your next salah, notice when you say Ibrahim's name.
Ages 9–12: Learn the words. Learn the meaning of the blessing that mentions Ibrahim, line by line.
Finish with: "I found that it is called ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will learn the meaning of the blessing in the last sitting of salah."
Action: Learn the meaning of the blessing in the last sitting of salah.
