4-I guide
And We redeemed him with a tremendous offering.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why do Muslims offer an animal at Eid al-Adha?"
Watch the Zill Noorain Kids video What Is Qurbani?
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did Allah give in place of the son?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Where does qurbani meat go?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah As-Saffat is surah 37. Find ayah 107. The key word dhibh means a sacrifice. Allah sent a ram in place of the son, and the boy was completely safe. Every Eid al-Adha, Muslims remember this by offering an animal and sharing the meat with family, neighbours and people in need. It is a celebration of trust and generosity.
Fact: Into how many parts is qurbani meat often divided, and who gets each part?
Ages 5–8: Sharing plan. Draw three plates: one for family, one for friends and one for people in need.
Ages 9–12: Qurbani giving. Find out how qurbani meat reaches poor families around the world.
Finish with: "I found that it is divided into ___ parts."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will plan with my family how to help someone in need."
Action: Plan with your family how to help someone in need.
