Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What happened to most of them?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I keep my heart open to good advice?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ya-Sin is surah 36. Find ayah 7. The key word haqqa al-qawl means the word came true. Many leaders in Makkah heard the message clearly and still chose to reject it, again and again. Allah knew what they would choose. The door of repentance stays open while a person lives, and many who once refused later became believers.

Fact: Which leader of Makkah was once a strong opponent and later became a famous Muslim commander?

Ages 5–8: Open ears. Play a listening game where you must follow a kind instruction the first time you hear it.

Ages 9–12: Change of heart. Research one person who opposed Islam and later believed, and write three sentences about them.

Finish with: "I found that ___ later became Muslim."
