وَمَا لِىَ لَآ أَعْبُدُ ٱلَّذِى فَطَرَنِى وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ
Wa mā liya lā 'aʻ'budu -lladhī faṭaranī wa'ilay'hi tur'jaʻūna
"It would not be reasonable in me if I did not serve Him Who created me, and to Whom ye shall (all) be brought back.

The man asked why he would ever not worship the One who made him, to whom everyone returns.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Who made you, and who keeps you alive?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What reason does the man give for worship?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What does it mean that we return to Allah?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ya-Sin is surah 36. Find ayah 22. The key word fatarani means He created me from nothing. Notice how wise the man is: he speaks about himself, not pointing at others, so people listen. The One who made us deserves our worship, and we will all go back to Him.
Fact: Which name of Allah means the Originator, who creates without a model?
Ages 5–8: Made by Allah. Draw yourself and label five parts of your body that Allah gave you.
Ages 9–12: Kind speech. Rewrite a bossy sentence so it speaks about yourself, the way the man did.
Finish with: "I found that the Originator is ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will thank Allah for one part of my body each morning."
Action: Thank Allah for one part of your body each morning.
