Ittabiʻū man llā yas''alukum' 'aj'ran wahum mmuh'tadūna
"Obey those who ask no reward of you (for themselves), and who have themselves received Guidance.

4-I guide
The man told his people to follow the messengers, who asked for no payment and were rightly guided.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why do we trust someone who helps us without wanting anything back?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What two signs show the messengers are true?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I help without expecting a reward?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ya-Sin is surah 36. Find ayah 21. The key word ajran means payment or reward. The man gave two clear signs of true messengers: they want nothing from you, and they are guided themselves. Many prophets told their people their reward was with Allah alone. Sincere helpers give freely.
Fact: Which surah repeats the line that a prophet asks no reward except from the Lord of the worlds, five times?
Ages 5–8: Free gift. Make a small gift for someone and give it without asking for anything back.
Ages 9–12: Sincere signs. List three signs that show a person's advice is sincere.
Finish with: "I found that ___ repeats this line five times."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will do a job at home without asking for anything in return."
Action: Do a job at home without asking for anything in return.
