Find it in the mushaf: Surah Fatir is surah 35. Find ayah 3. The key word udhkuru means remember. Provision comes from the sky as rain and sunlight, and from the earth as plants and minerals. Every meal needs both. Remembering this turns an ordinary meal into a moment of thanks.
