Find it in the mushaf: Surah Saba is surah 34. Find ayah 50. The key word qarib means Near. The Prophet humbly says all his guidance comes from Allah. Allah is As-Sami', the All-Hearing, and Al-Qarib, the Near: He hears even the quietest whisper. We never need to shout to be heard by Him.
