قَالُوا۟ سُبْحَٰنَكَ أَنتَ وَلِيُّنَا مِن دُونِهِم ۖ بَلْ كَانُوا۟ يَعْبُدُونَ ٱلْجِنَّ ۖ أَكْثَرُهُم بِهِم مُّؤْمِنُونَ
Qālū sub'ḥānaka 'anta waliyyunā min dūnihim . bal' kānū yaʻ'budūna l-jinna . 'ak'tharuhum bihim mmu''minūna
They will say, "Glory to Thee! our (tie) is with Thee - as Protector - not with them. Nay, but they worshipped the Jinns: most of them believed in them."

The angels answer: glory be to You, You are our Protector, not them; they were really following the jinn.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How do you show that you belong to Allah?"
Watch the Ahl Quran video Learn the Quran for Children: Surat Saba.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What do the angels say first?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why do the angels start with glorifying Allah?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Saba is surah 34. Find ayah 41. The key word subhanaka means glory be to You. The angels immediately declare Allah's perfection and say He alone is their Protector. They explain that those people were really following the jinn, who had misled them. True worship belongs to Allah only.
Fact: Which prophet said glory be to You from inside the darkness of the whale?
Ages 5–8: Glory jar. Each time you say glory be to Allah today, add a pebble to a jar.
Ages 9–12: Protector words. Find two names of Allah that mean Protector or Guardian.
Finish with: "I found that it was ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say glory be to Allah whenever I see something beautiful."
Action: Say glory be to Allah whenever you see something beautiful.
