Juz 22 · Page 424يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِذَا نَكَحْتُمُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ ثُمَّ طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِن قَبْلِ أَن تَمَسُّوهُنَّ فَمَا لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ عِدَّةٍۢ تَعْتَدُّونَهَا ۖ فَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ وَسَرِّحُوهُنَّ سَرَاحًۭا جَمِيلًۭا
How to read it
Yā'ayyuhā -lladhīna 'āmanū 'idhā nakaḥ'tumu l-mu''mināti thumma ṭallaq'tumūhunna min qab'li 'an tamassūhunna famā lakum' ʻalay'hinna min' ʻiddatin taʻ'taddūnahā . famattiʻūhunna wassarriḥūhunna sarāḥan jamīlan
O ye who believe! When ye marry believing women, and then divorce them before ye have touched them, no period of 'Iddat have ye to count in respect of them: so give them a present. And set them free in a handsome manner.
