Start with bismillah.

Ask: "Why might Allah remind the Prophet of earlier prophets?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What was given to Musa?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How are the messages of the prophets connected?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah As-Sajdah is surah 32. Find ayah 23. The key word al-kitab means the Book or Scripture. Allah gave Musa the Tawrah as guidance for his people. The Prophet Muhammad was reassured that he too was receiving a Book from the same Lord. All the prophets carried one message: worship Allah alone.

Ages 5–8: Prophet books. Draw a shelf with books labelled for Musa, Dawud, Isa and Muhammad.

Ages 9–12: One message. Write the one main message shared by all prophets.

Finish with: "I found that they are ___ and ___."
