ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلْحَقُّ وَأَنَّ مَا يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِ ٱلْبَٰطِلُ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلْعَلِىُّ ٱلْكَبِيرُ
Dhālika bi'anna -llaha huwa l-ḥaqqu wa'anna mā yad'ʻūna min dūnihi l-bāṭilu wa'anna -llaha huwa l-ʻaliyyu l-kabīru
That is because Allah is the (only) Reality, and because whatever else they invoke besides Him is Falsehood; and because Allah,- He is the Most High, Most Great.

This is because Allah is the Truth, whatever else people call on is false, and Allah is the Most High, the Most Great.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What is the difference between something real and a fake copy?"
Watch the Islam Cafe video Words of Advice from Surah Luqman by Nouman Ali Khan.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Which names of Allah are mentioned?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How do I know Allah is the Truth?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Luqman is surah 31. Find ayah 30. The key word al-haqq means the Truth, the Real. Everything we have learned in this surah, the sky without pillars, the endless words and the turning night and day, points to one fact: Allah is real and true. Anything else people worship cannot do any of this. He is Al-'Aliyy, the Most High, and Al-Kabir, the Most Great.
Fact: What does the phrase Allahu Akbar mean, and when do Muslims say it?
Ages 5–8: Real or fake. Compare a real fruit with a toy fruit and talk about what makes something real.
Ages 9–12: Signs of truth. List three signs from this surah that point to Allah being the Truth.
Finish with: "I found that Allahu Akbar means ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say Allahu Akbar when I see something amazing."
Action: Say Allahu Akbar when you see something amazing.
