4-I guide
Glorify Allah as evening falls and as morning begins.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What do you say when you see a beautiful sunset?"
Watch the Seeds of Iman song Daily Athkar for Kids.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "When should we glorify Allah?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why glorify Allah at the start and end of the day?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Rum is surah 30. Find ayah 17. The key word subhan means glory, declaring Allah far above any fault or flaw. Tumsun means evening and tusbihun means morning. Many scholars see this and the next ayah as pointing to the times of the five daily prayers.
Fact: What is the name of the prayer prayed just after sunset?
Ages 5–8: Sunset subhanAllah. Watch the sky change at sunset and say subhanAllah together.
Ages 9–12: Glory clock. Draw a clock and mark the morning and evening times you will glorify Allah.
Finish with: "I found that the sunset prayer is called ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say subhanAllah at sunrise and sunset."
Action: Say subhanAllah at sunrise and sunset.
