Start with bismillah.

Ask: "Is it fair to say everyone in a group is the same?"

Tajweed Ul Quran posted a short recitation of ayat 112–120 of Ali 'Imran. Listen to all of it together.

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What does the good group do at night?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does the Qur'an praise some of them?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ali 'Imran is surah 3. Find ayah 113. The Qur'an is fair: it praises good people wherever they are. Some People of the Book prayed at night and believed sincerely.

Fact: 'Abdullah ibn Salam was a Jewish scholar of Madinah who became a Companion.

Ages 5–8: Fair words. Say something kind about someone different from you.

Ages 9–12: Not alike. Write why the Qur'an says 'not all alike'.

Finish with: "They are not all ___."

Talk together:

• What does the good group do?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• Why praise them?
• How will you be fair?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will say something kind about someone different from me."

• Be fair.
• Praise good.
• Night prayer.
