Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Which three people are named?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why did rich and powerful people become proud?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-'Ankabut is surah 29. Find ayah 39. Three proud people are named: Qarun the super-rich, Fir'awn the king, and Haman his minister. Wealth, power and position made them arrogant. Yet none of it helped them escape Allah. True greatness is humility before Allah.

Ages 5–8: Power check. Name things that make people feel powerful, and say who gave them.

Ages 9–12: Three kinds of pride. Write how wealth, power and position can each cause pride.
