Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-'Ankabut is surah 29. Find ayah 30. The key word unsurni means help me. Alone among his people, Lut turned to Allah. He did not take revenge himself; he asked Allah for help. When we feel alone in doing right, dua is our strongest tool.

Ages 5–8: Dua card. Make a card with a short dua asking Allah for help.
Ages 9–12: Help dua. Write your own dua for when you feel alone in doing what is right.
Finish with: "I found that it was prophet ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will make dua whenever I feel alone or worried."
Action: Make dua whenever you feel alone or worried.
