وَلَيَحْمِلُنَّ أَثْقَالَهُمْ وَأَثْقَالًۭا مَّعَ أَثْقَالِهِمْ ۖ وَلَيُسْـَٔلُنَّ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ عَمَّا كَانُوا۟ يَفْتَرُونَ
Wa layaḥ'milunna 'ath'qālahum' wa'ath'qālan mmaʻa 'ath'qālihim' . walayus''alunna yaw'ma l-qiyāmati ʻammā kānū yaf'tarūna
They will bear their own burdens, and (other) burdens along with their own, and on the Day of Judgments they will be called to account for their falsehoods.

Those who misled others will carry their own sins plus extra for misleading people, and they will be questioned about their lies.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What happens if you teach someone something wrong?"
Follow along with The Holy Quran Online's English version of the surah.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What extra burden do they carry?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I make sure I only teach good things?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-'Ankabut is surah 29. Find ayah 13. The key word athqal means heavy loads. People who lead others into wrong carry extra weight. The opposite is also true: teaching good brings extra reward. Our influence on others matters.
Fact: How much weight, roughly, can an adult ant carry compared to its own body weight?
Ages 5–8: Heavy backpack. Add books to a bag one by one and feel it get heavier.
Ages 9–12: Influence map. Draw who you influence and how you can lead them to good.
Finish with: "I found that an ant can carry about ___ times its weight."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will teach a younger child something good."
Action: Teach a younger child something good.
