وَقَالَتِ ٱمْرَأَتُ فِرْعَوْنَ قُرَّتُ عَيْنٍۢ لِّى وَلَكَ ۖ لَا تَقْتُلُوهُ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَنفَعَنَآ أَوْ نَتَّخِذَهُۥ وَلَدًۭا وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ
How to read it
Wa qālati (i)m'ra'atu fir'ʻaw'na qurratu ʻay'nin llī walaka . lā taq'tulūhu ʻassā 'an yanfaʻanā 'aw' nattakhidhahu waladan wahum' lā yash'ʻurūna
The wife of Pharaoh said: "(Here is) joy of the eye, for me and for thee: slay him not. It may be that he will be use to us, or we may adopt him as a son." And they perceived not (what they were doing)!
