قَالَتْ إِحْدَىٰهُمَا يَٰٓأَبَتِ ٱسْتَـْٔجِرْهُ ۖ إِنَّ خَيْرَ مَنِ ٱسْتَـْٔجَرْتَ ٱلْقَوِىُّ ٱلْأَمِينُ
Qālat' 'iḥ'dāhumā yā'abati (i)s'ta''jir'hu . 'inna khay'ra mani (i)s'ta''jar'ta l-qawiyyu l-'amīnu
Said one of the (damsels): "O my (dear) father! engage him on wages: truly the best of men for thee to employ is the (man) who is strong and trusty"....

One daughter told her father to hire Musa, since the finest worker is someone strong and honest.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What makes someone a great helper?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Which two qualities did she mention?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Am I strong and trustworthy?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Qasas is surah 28. Find ayah 26. The key words al-qawiyy al-amin mean the strong, the trustworthy. She had seen Musa's strength at the well and his honesty and good manners. Both qualities matter: strength to do the job, and trust to do it right.
Fact: How many prophets in Surah Ash-Shu'ara tell their people, I am a trustworthy messenger to you?
Ages 5–8: Trusty helper. Do a job at home without being reminded.
Ages 9–12: Two qualities. Write why a worker needs both strength and honesty.
Finish with: "I found ___ prophets saying it."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will finish one job honestly and fully."
Action: Finish one job honestly and fully.
