ٱذْهَب بِّكِتَٰبِى هَٰذَا فَأَلْقِهْ إِلَيْهِمْ ثُمَّ تَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ فَٱنظُرْ مَاذَا يَرْجِعُونَ
Idh'hab bbikitābī hādhā fa'al'qih' 'ilay'him' thumma tawalla ʻan'hum' fa-nẓur' mādhā yar'jiʻūna
"Go thou, with this letter of mine, and deliver it to them: then draw back from them, and (wait to) see what answer they return"...

Sulayman told the hoopoe to take his letter to them, then move aside and watch what reply they gave.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How would you deliver an important letter?"
Roro Stories tells The Story of Prophet Sulaiman and the Hoopoe.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did the hoopoe carry?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why did Sulayman send a letter first?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Naml is surah 27. Find ayah 28. The key word kitabi means my letter. Sulayman invited before acting. The hoopoe became a messenger bird. It delivered the letter and stepped back politely to watch. Good messengers deliver faithfully and respectfully.
Fact: About how fast can a homing pigeon fly with a message?
Ages 5–8: Mail bird. Fold a paper bird and attach a tiny letter to it.
Ages 9–12: Good messenger. Write the qualities of a trustworthy messenger.
Finish with: "I found homing pigeons fly about ___ kilometres per hour."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will write a kind letter or note to someone."
