فَلَمَّا تَرَٰٓءَا ٱلْجَمْعَانِ قَالَ أَصْحَٰبُ مُوسَىٰٓ إِنَّا لَمُدْرَكُونَ
Falammā tarā'ā l-jam'ʻāni qāla 'aṣ'ḥābu mūssā 'innā lamud'rakūna
And when the two bodies saw each other, the people of Moses said: "We are sure to be overtaken."

When both sides came into view of each other, Musa's people cried that they were about to be caught.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What do people say when they think all hope is gone?"
Muslim Ummah shares a short recitation of ayah 61.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did Musa's people fear?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What could they see in front and behind?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ash-Shu'ara is surah 26. Find ayah 61. The key word la-mudrakun means we will be caught. The sea was ahead and the army behind. By normal sense, there was no way out. That is exactly when faith matters most.
Fact: Which ayah of Ta-Ha told Musa not to fear being overtaken?
Ages 5–8: No way out? Draw a sea in front and an army behind.
Ages 9–12: Stuck moments. Write about a time you felt stuck and how it ended.
Finish with: "I found it is ayah ___ of Ta-Ha."
