The people were asked whether they would come together to watch.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why do people like to follow the crowd?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What were the people asked?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why did Pharaoh want a big crowd?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ash-Shu'ara is surah 26. Find ayah 39. The key word mujtami'un means gathered. Pharaoh wanted everyone watching. He expected a big win. Crowds can be used to push people, but truth is not decided by numbers.
Fact: What does 'peer pressure' mean?
Ages 5–8: Crowd test. Talk about doing right even when friends do otherwise.
Ages 9–12: Not by numbers. Write why truth is not decided by how many agree.
Finish with: "I found peer pressure means ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will do the right thing even if others don't."
Action: Do the right thing even if others don't.
