قَالَ هَٰذِهِۦ نَاقَةٌۭ لَّهَا شِرْبٌۭ وَلَكُمْ شِرْبُ يَوْمٍۢ مَّعْلُومٍۢ
Qāla hādhihī nāqatun llahā shir'bun walakum' shir'bu yaw'min mmaʻ'lūmin
He said: "Here is a she-camel: she has a right of watering, and ye have a right of watering, (severally) on a day appointed.

Salih said this she-camel was their sign: she would have her turn at the water, and they would have theirs on a set day.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How do you share fairly with others?"
Islam Station tells the story of Prophet Salih and his she-camel.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What was the sign?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why share water with a camel?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ash-Shu'ara is surah 26. Find ayah 155. The key word naqah means a she-camel. Allah sent a special camel as a sign. The test was simple: share the water fairly, taking turns. Sharing and keeping agreements are signs of faith.
Fact: About how much water can a thirsty camel drink at once?
Ages 5–8: Taking turns. Play a game where everyone takes turns fairly.
Ages 9–12: Fair sharing. Write why sharing water was a test.
Finish with: "I found a camel can drink about ___ litres at once."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will take turns fairly in every game."
Action: Take turns fairly in every game.
