4-I guide
Musa said they held a charge against him from before, and he feared they would kill him.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How does a past mistake make someone feel?"
Keep this one short. Abdul Rahman As-Sudais reads Surah Ash-Shu'ara here, uploaded by Daily Recitation TV HD.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did Musa fear?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How did Allah help Musa with his past?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ash-Shu'ara is surah 26. Find ayah 14. The key word dhanb here means a charge, a past matter. Years earlier, Musa had struck a man who died, without meaning to. He had repented. Still, he worried. Allah would answer that worry.
Fact: Which surah tells, in detail, how Musa left Egypt after that event?
Ages 5–8: Fresh start. Draw a sunrise as a picture of starting again.
Ages 9–12: Past and future. Write how repentance helps us move forward.
Finish with: "I found it is Surah ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will let go of an old mistake I have already said sorry for."
Action: Let go of an old mistake you have already said sorry for.
