4-I guide
Then Allah drowned those who remained.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What happened when the waters calmed?"
Play only a little. Listen to Mohammad Ayub recite this part of Ash-Shu'ara on SimpleQuran.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What happened to those left behind?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What did the earth look like after the flood?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ash-Shu'ara is surah 26. Find ayah 120. The key word al-baqin means those who remained. One calm line: those who refused to board were drowned. After the flood, the ark came to rest and life began again. The story is about rescue as much as punishment.
Fact: Which ayah of Surah Hud says the ark came to rest on Mount Judi?
Ages 5–8: After the flood. Draw the ark resting on a mountain with a rainbow sky.
Ages 9–12: New start. Write how the earth started again after the flood.
Finish with: "I found it is ayah ___ of Hud."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will make a fresh start on one habit."
Action: Make a fresh start on one habit.
