قَالُوا۟ لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهِ يَٰنُوحُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلْمَرْجُومِينَ
Qālū la'in llam' tantahi yānūḥu latakūnanna mina l-mar'jūmīna
They said: "If thou desist not, O Noah! thou shalt be stoned (to death)."

They threatened Nuh that if he did not stop, he would be stoned.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What do people do when they run out of arguments?"
Only the start is needed. Play Ali Jaber's recitation from QuranicLight and follow along.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did they threaten?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How did Nuh respond to threats?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ash-Shu'ara is surah 26. Find ayah 116. The key word al-marjumin means those who are stoned. Nuh's people could not answer him, so they threatened him. One calm line: threats cannot silence the truth. Nuh turned to Allah.
Fact: Which ayah of Surah Hud has Nuh's people complain that he argued with them too much?
Ages 5–8: Turn to Allah. Draw hands raised in dua.
Ages 9–12: No answer, only threats. Write why threats show a weak argument.
Finish with: "I found it is ayah ___ of Hud."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will tell a trusted adult if anyone threatens me."
Action: Tell a trusted adult if anyone threatens you.
