Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Where is mercy in Ibrahim's story?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ash-Shu'ara is surah 26. Find ayah 104. The key words al-'Aziz ar-Rahim mean the Almighty, the Merciful. Ibrahim stood alone against idols, and Allah gave him strength. Ibrahim prayed for mercy for himself and his father. Allah's might protected him and His mercy answered him.
Fact: Which ayah of Surah Ibrahim has Ibrahim say that whoever disobeys him, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful?
Ages 5–8: Fire into garden. Draw a fire turning into a green garden, a sign of Allah's care for Ibrahim.
Ages 9–12: Ibrahim's strength. Write how Allah gave Ibrahim strength to stand alone.
Finish with: "I found it is ayah ___ of Ibrahim."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will stand firm for something right, even if alone."
