An illustrated clip from FreeQuranEducation shares Nouman Ali Khan's lesson on the servants of the Most Merciful.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How do they spend the night?"

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Furqan is surah 25. Find ayah 64. The key words sujjadan wa qiyama mean prostrating and standing. Night prayer is quiet and private, just between a servant and Allah. Even two short rak'ahs before sleep count.
Fact: Which surah begins by calling the Prophet to stand at night in prayer?
Ages 5–8: Night corner. Set up a prayer mat in a calm corner for a short night prayer.
Ages 9–12: Quiet time. Write why worship at night can feel closer.
Finish with: "I found it is Surah ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will pray two short rak'ahs before sleeping."
Action: Pray two short rak'ahs before sleeping.
