وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلَّيْلَ لِبَاسًۭا وَٱلنَّوْمَ سُبَاتًۭا وَجَعَلَ ٱلنَّهَارَ نُشُورًۭا
Wa huwa -lladhī jaʻala lakumu -llay'la libāssan wa nnaw'ma subātan wajaʻala nnahāra nushūran
And He it is Who makes the Night as a Robe for you, and Sleep as Repose, and makes the Day (as it were) a Resurrection.

Allah made the night a covering, sleep a time of rest, and the day a time to rise and spread out.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How do you feel after a good night's sleep?"
Let Rah Hid Nasution's recitation, from Rah Hid Nasution, set a calm mood.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did Allah make the night?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is waking up like rising again?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Furqan is surah 25. Find ayah 47. The key word libasan means a covering like clothing. The night wraps us, sleep restores us, and the morning is like a small rising up. A daily sign to ponder.
Fact: What is the name of the sleep stage in which we dream most?
Ages 5–8: Night and day. Draw a moon side and a sun side and what you do in each.
Ages 9–12: Sleep as a sign. Write what happens in the body while we sleep.
Finish with: "I found it is called ___ sleep."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say the waking-up dua each morning."
Action: Say the waking-up dua each morning.
