And I seek Your protection, my Lord, from their even coming near me.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How does a porcupine keep danger away?"
Listen together to Muhammad Al-Luhaidan reciting ayat 97–118, shared by QURAN is LIFE.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What do we ask Allah to keep away?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why ask Allah to keep bad far, not just stop it?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mu'minun is surah 23. Find ayah 98. This du'a asks for more: not just protection from whispers, but that Shaytan doesn't even come near. Prevention is best.
Fact: How many quills does a porcupine have? Find an estimate.
Ages 5–8: Keep-away. Draw a safe circle around you labelled with du'as.
Ages 9–12: Prevention. Write habits that keep bad things far.
Finish with: "I found a porcupine has about ___ quills."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say this du'a before ___."
Action: Say the du'a.
