أَمْ يَقُولُونَ بِهِۦ جِنَّةٌۢ ۚ بَلْ جَآءَهُم بِٱلْحَقِّ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ لِلْحَقِّ كَٰرِهُونَ
'Am' yaqūlūna bihī jinnatun[m] . bal' jā'ahum bil-ḥaqqi wa'ak'tharuhum' lil'ḥaqqi kārihūna
Or do they say, "He is possessed"? Nay, he has brought them the Truth, but most of them hate the Truth.

They called him mad, but he brought the truth, and most of them simply disliked the truth.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why do some people dislike medicine?"
Only a few minutes are needed: Abdur-Rahman As-Sudais recites Al-Mu'minun on islamicfromjamal.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did he bring them?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why do people sometimes dislike what is true?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mu'minun is surah 23. Find ayah 70. Truth can feel bitter when it asks us to change. Many disliked it for that reason, not because it was false.
Fact: Why does medicine sometimes taste bitter? Find out.
Ages 5–8: Sweet and sour. Taste lemon, then honey, and talk about hard truths and sweet results.
Ages 9–12: Hard truth. Write about a hard truth that helped you.
Finish with: "I found medicine is bitter because ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will accept a correction calmly."
Action: Accept a correction calmly.
