4-I guide
They were proud about it and spent their nights talking nonsense against it.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What do people talk about late at night?"
Ar-Rahmaan Quran Channel shares Abdul Basit Abdus-Samad's recitation of Al-Mu'minun. Listen to a short stretch.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How did they spend their nights?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can night time be used well?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mu'minun is surah 23. Find ayah 67. They sat at night mocking the Quran. Night can be used for rest, reflection or worship instead.
Fact: How many hours of sleep do children your age need?
Ages 5–8: Night routine. Make a bedtime routine with du'a.
Ages 9–12: Night well used. Write how the night can be a time for good.
Finish with: "I found children need ___ hours."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say a du'a before sleeping."
Action: Say a du'a before sleeping.
