حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَآ أَخَذْنَا مُتْرَفِيهِم بِٱلْعَذَابِ إِذَا هُمْ يَجْـَٔرُونَ
Ḥattā 'idhā 'akhadh'nā mut'rafīhim bil-ʻadhābi 'idhā hum' yaj''arūna
Until, when We seize in Punishment those of them who received the good things of this world, behold, they will groan in supplication!

When Allah seizes the comfortable deniers with punishment, they suddenly cry out for help.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why do people sometimes only ask for help when it's too late?"
Only a few minutes are needed: Mahmoud Khalil Al-Husary recites Al-Mu'minun on Full Quran.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What do they do when punishment comes?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why not turn to Allah earlier?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mu'minun is surah 23. Find ayah 64. The comfortable deniers ignored Allah in easy times and cried out only when trouble came. The lesson: call on Allah in good times too.
Fact: Find a du'a you can say in good times, like when you get new clothes or food.
Ages 5–8: Early bird. Do a job before you are reminded.
Ages 9–12: Good times du'a. Write du'as for easy days.
Finish with: "I found the du'a ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will make du'a on a good day too."
Action: Make du'a on a good day too.
