يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلرُّسُلُ كُلُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلطَّيِّبَٰتِ وَٱعْمَلُوا۟ صَٰلِحًا ۖ إِنِّى بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ عَلِيمٌۭ
Yā'ayyuhā rrussulu kulū mina ṭṭayyibāti wa-ʻ'malū ṣāliḥan . 'innī bimā taʻ'malūna ʻalīmun
O ye messengers! enjoy (all) things good and pure, and work righteousness: for I am well-acquainted with (all) that ye do.

4-I guide
Allah tells the messengers to eat good, wholesome food and to do good deeds, for He knows what they do.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why does good food help you do good things?"
Hear the meaning in English: The Clear Qur'an English audio on Accessible Islam. A short stretch is enough.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What two things are the messengers told to do?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How does what I eat connect to what I do?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mu'minun is surah 23. Find ayah 51. The key word tayyibat means good, pure things. Healthy, halal food gives energy for good deeds. Even messengers were told this.
Fact: Which food groups make a healthy plate? Find a healthy plate picture.
Ages 5–8: Healthy plate. Draw a plate with good foods.
Ages 9–12: Food to deeds. Write how good food helps you study, pray and play.
Finish with: "I found ___ food groups."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will choose a healthy snack ___ (when)."
Action: Choose healthy snacks.
