Ask: "What does grass look like a few days after rain?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What colour does the earth become?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What does Al-Latif mean?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Hajj is surah 22. Find ayah 63. A sign to ponder: rain wakes up seeds and the land turns green. Al-Latif means the Subtle, the Gentle: He works in tiny, unseen ways, like inside a seed.

Ages 5–8: Green jar. Grow grass seeds in a jar and watch the green appear.

Ages 9–12: Hidden work. Write about Allah's subtle work inside a seed.

Finish with: "I found seeds sprout when ___."

Talk together:

• Where do you see Allah's gentle work?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• Why is rain a mercy?
• How can you be gentle?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will grow something green."
