4-I guide
They glorify Allah night and day and never slow down.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Can you think of something that never stops working?"
Sit quietly and hear Haitham Al-Dukhain, posted by مؤسسة قطر. Only the start is needed.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "When do they glorify Allah?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I remember Allah day and night?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Anbiya is surah 21. Find ayah 20. The angels praise Allah all the time. We can join with small dhikr in the morning, evening and before sleep.
Fact: How many times does your heart beat in a day? Work out an estimate.
Ages 5–8: Day and night. Draw a sun and moon and write a dhikr under each.
Ages 9–12: Dhikr times. Make a timetable of dhikr through the day.
Finish with: "I found about ___ beats a day."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say subhanallah in the morning and at night."
Action: Say subhanallah in the morning and at night.
