2:167Al-Baqarah
Juz 2 · Page 25وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوا۟ لَوْ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةًۭ فَنَتَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُمْ كَمَا تَبَرَّءُوا۟ مِنَّا ۗ كَذَٰلِكَ يُرِيهِمُ ٱللَّهُ أَعْمَٰلَهُمْ حَسَرَٰتٍ عَلَيْهِمْ ۖ وَمَا هُم بِخَٰرِجِينَ مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ
How to read it
Wa qāla -lladhīna (i)ttabaʻū law' 'anna lanā karratan fanatabarra'a min'hum' kamā tabarra'ū minnā . kadhālika yurīhimu -llahu 'aʻ'mālahum' ḥassarātin ʻalay'him' . wamā hum bikhārijīna mina nnāri
And those who followed would say: "If only We had one more chance, We would clear ourselves of them, as they have cleared themselves of us." Thus will Allah show them (The fruits of) their deeds as (nothing but) regrets. Nor will there be a way for them out of the Fire.
