إِذْ تَبَرَّأَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتُّبِعُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوا۟ وَرَأَوُا۟ ٱلْعَذَابَ وَتَقَطَّعَتْ بِهِمُ ٱلْأَسْبَابُ
'Idh' tabarra'a -lladhīna -ttubiʻū mina -lladhīna (i)ttabaʻū wara'awu l-ʻadhāba wataqaṭṭaʻat' bihimu l-'as'bābu
Then would those who are followed clear themselves of those who follow (them) : They would see the penalty, and all relations between them would be cut off.

4-I guide
On the Day, those who were followed in wrong will disown their followers when they see the punishment, and all ties between them will be cut.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Will bad leaders stand by their followers?"
Play the short Al-Baqarah clip of ayah 166 from Ummah Muslim.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What will the leaders do?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why follow carefully?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Baqarah is surah 2. Find ayah 166. People who lead others into wrong won't help them on the Last Day. This ayah mentions, in one calm line, that scene. We follow those who lead to Allah.
Fact: On the Last Day, true friends will be those who were friends for Allah (43:67).
Ages 5–8: Good leaders. Name people who lead you to good.
Ages 9–12: Follow wisely. Write how to choose whom to follow.
Finish with: "Follow those who lead to ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will follow good examples."
Action: Follow good examples.
