صِبْغَةَ ٱللَّهِ ۖ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ صِبْغَةًۭ ۖ وَنَحْنُ لَهُۥ عَٰبِدُونَ
Ṣib'ghata -llahi . waman' 'aḥ'sanu mina -llahi ṣib'ghatan . wanaḥ'nu lahu ʻābidūna
(Our religion is) the Baptism of Allah: And who can baptize better than Allah? And it is He Whom we worship.

Our faith is the colour Allah gives, and no colour is finer than His, and it is Him we worship.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What does it mean to be 'coloured' by Allah?"
Play the short Al-Baqarah clip of ayat 136–138 from Hafiz Muhammad Asim Shahzad.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Whose colour is finest?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How does faith colour a person?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Baqarah is surah 2. Find ayah 138. Sibghah means dye or colour. Faith colours everything about us: words, manners, choices. We let Allah's guidance shape our whole life.
Fact: Sibghah means dye or colour.
Ages 5–8: Colour me. Dye a cloth and talk about faith colouring us.
Ages 9–12: Coloured by faith. Write how faith shows in your life.
Finish with: "Sibghah means ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will let one good manner show my faith."
Action: Let one good manner show your faith.
