Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who gave advice to their sons?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why this advice above all?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Baqarah is surah 2. Find ayah 132. Ibrahim and Ya'qub's greatest gift to their children was faith. Parents today still pass on this same advice.

Fact: Wasiyyah means a parting piece of advice.

Ages 5–8: Family advice. Ask a parent for their best advice.

Ages 9–12: Wasiyyah. Write advice you'd give your future children.

Finish with: "Allah chose this ___ for you."

Talk together:

• Who gave advice?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• What was it?
• What advice will you pass on?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will ask my parents what advice they'd give me."
