وَمَا يَنۢبَغِى لِلرَّحْمَٰنِ أَن يَتَّخِذَ وَلَدًا
How to read it
Wa mā yan[m]baghī li rraḥ'māni 'an yattakhidha waladan
For it is not consonant with the majesty of (Allah) Most Gracious that He should beget a son.

4-I guide
It does not suit the Most Merciful to take a son.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What does Allah need from anyone?"
Put on Idrees Abkar's Maryam from أمة المؤمنين and follow along for a little while.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What is not fitting for Allah?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why doesn't Allah need a son?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Maryam is surah 19. Find ayah 92. Children help parents, carry their name and look after them. Allah needs no help and never grows old. So a son doesn't suit Him at all.
Fact: Find the ayah that says Allah is free of need (Fatir 35:15).
Ages 5–8: Allah needs nothing. List things people need that Allah doesn't.
Ages 9–12: Al-Ghani. Write what it means that Allah needs nothing.
Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will learn the name Al-Ghani, the Free of Need."
Action: Learn the name Al-Ghani, the Free of Need.
