وَإِن مِّنكُمْ إِلَّا وَارِدُهَا ۚ كَانَ عَلَىٰ رَبِّكَ حَتْمًۭا مَّقْضِيًّۭا
Wa 'in mminkum' 'illā wāriduhā . kāna ʻalā rabbika ḥat'man mmaq'ḍiyyan
Not one of you but will pass over it: this is, with thy Lord, a Decree which must be accomplished.

Every one of us will pass by it; this is a decision your Lord has made.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How do you feel crossing a narrow bridge?"
For a few quiet minutes, listen to Hazza Al-Balushi reciting Maryam, shared by Hazza Alblushi l هزاع البلوشي.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who will pass over it?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How do believers cross safely?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Maryam is surah 19. Find ayah 71. Allah has decided that everyone will pass by the Fire. The next ayah says He saves those who were mindful of Him. Scholars explain the details; ask your ustaz or ustazah to learn more.

Ages 5–8: Safe crossing. Walk along a line and name a good deed with each step.
Ages 9–12: Prepare. Write which deeds help us cross safely.
Finish with: "I found Allah saves ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will add one good deed each day."
Action: Add one good deed each day.
