4-I guide
This is a reminder of the mercy your Lord showed His servant Zakariya.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Can you remember a time someone was very kind to you?"
Play the short clip from tadabbur quran centre of Mishary Alafasy reciting ayat 1–11 of Maryam.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Whose story begins here?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How did Allah show mercy to Zakariya?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Maryam is surah 19. Find ayah 2. Zakariya, peace be upon him, was a prophet and a caring servant of Allah. His story is told as a story of mercy. The word mercy comes again and again in this surah.
Fact: Count how many times Ar-Rahman (the Most Merciful) appears in Surah Maryam with your teacher.
Ages 5–8: Mercy drops. Draw raindrops and write a mercy of Allah in each.
Ages 9–12: Mercy hunt. As you read Maryam, list every mention of mercy.
Finish with: "I counted ___ times."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will do one merciful act each day."
Action: Do one merciful act each day.
