Start with bismillah.

Ask: "How do people protect themselves from harm?"

Settle down and play the start of Islam Sobhi's Al-Kahf (Islam Sobhy - اسلام صبحي - Topic).

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What were Ya'juj and Ma'juj doing?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why did the people ask for a barrier?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Kahf is surah 18. Find ayah 94. The Quran says Ya'juj and Ma'juj spread harm. The people asked for protection. Ask your ustaz or ustazah if you want to know more about them.

Fact: Find where Ya'juj and Ma'juj are mentioned again (Al-Anbiya 21:96).

Ages 5–8: Safety. Talk about who keeps your neighbourhood safe.

Ages 9–12: Protection. Write how people protect the weak.

Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."

Talk together:

• Why ask for protection?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• Who protects you?
• How can you protect others?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will look out for a younger child."
