۞ مَّآ أَشْهَدتُّهُمْ خَلْقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا خَلْقَ أَنفُسِهِمْ وَمَا كُنتُ مُتَّخِذَ ٱلْمُضِلِّينَ عَضُدًۭا
mmā 'ash'hadttuhum' khal'qa ssamāwāti wal-'ar'ḍi walā khal'qa 'anfussihim' wamā kuntu muttakhidha l-muḍillīna ʻaḍudan
I called them not to witness the creation of the heavens and the earth, nor (even) their own creation: nor is it for helpers such as Me to take as lead (men) astray!

Allah did not make them witness the creation of the heavens and earth or even their own creation, and He takes no misleaders as helpers.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Were you there when the stars were made?"
Hear the opening minutes of Al-Kahf in Saad Al-Ghamdi's voice, from المصحف كامل مكتوب.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did they not witness?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why can't Shaytan claim any power?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Kahf is surah 18. Find ayah 51. Shaytan and his followers had no part in creation. Allah made everything alone, with no helpers. So why follow them?
Fact: How old do scientists estimate the universe is? Find out.
Ages 5–8: Created alone. Draw stars and planets and write 'Allah made them'.
Ages 9–12: No helpers. Write why Allah needs no help.
Finish with: "I found it is about ___ years."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will look at the night sky and remember its Creator."
Action: Look at the night sky and remember its Creator.
