إِنَّهُمْ إِن يَظْهَرُوا۟ عَلَيْكُمْ يَرْجُمُوكُمْ أَوْ يُعِيدُوكُمْ فِى مِلَّتِهِمْ وَلَن تُفْلِحُوٓا۟ إِذًا أَبَدًۭا
'Innahum' 'in yaẓ'harū ʻalay'kum' yar'jumūkum' 'aw' yuʻīdūkum' fī millatihim' walan tuf'liḥū 'idhan 'abadan
"For if they should come upon you, they would stone you or force you to return to their cult, and in that case ye would never attain prosperity."

They warned each other that if their people found them, they would harm them or force them back to their old religion, and then they would never succeed.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why did the youths need to be so careful?"
Dana Ahmed Al-Salem has the whole of Al-Kahf by Mishary Alafasy. Play just the first stretch.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What were they afraid their people would do?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How precious was their faith to them?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Kahf is surah 18. Find ayah 20. Their people threatened them harshly for believing in Allah. The youths valued their faith more than anything. We should treasure our faith too.
Fact: Find the ayah about holding firmly to Islam until death (Al Imran 3:102).
Ages 5–8: Treasure box. Draw a box and put 'my faith' inside as the treasure.
Ages 9–12: Precious faith. Write why faith is our greatest treasure.
Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will thank Allah for my faith."
Action: Thank Allah for your faith.
