Ask: "Why do we need both warnings and good news?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who gets the good news?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Which do I need more today, a warning or good news?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Kahf is surah 18. Find ayah 2. The Quran warns calmly so we stay safe, and gives good news so we feel hopeful. Believers who do good deeds have a beautiful reward waiting.

Fact: Find the ayah that says the Quran guides to what is most upright (Al-Isra 17:9).

Ages 5–8: Two cards. Make a green 'good news' card and a yellow 'careful' card.

Ages 9–12: Balance. Write why the Quran mixes hope and warning.

Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."

Talk together:

• Why give warnings?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• What good news do you love?
• Which good deed will you do?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will do one good deed each day."
