أَفَحَسِبَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ أَن يَتَّخِذُوا۟ عِبَادِى مِن دُونِىٓ أَوْلِيَآءَ ۚ إِنَّآ أَعْتَدْنَا جَهَنَّمَ لِلْكَٰفِرِينَ نُزُلًۭا
'Afaḥassiba -lladhīna kafarū 'an yattakhidhū ʻibādī min dūnī 'aw'liyā'a . 'innā 'aʻ'tad'nā jahannama lil'kāfirīna nuzulan
Do the Unbelievers think that they can take My servants as protectors besides Me? Verily We have prepared Hell for the Unbelievers for (their) entertainment.

The deniers wrongly think they can take Allah's servants as protectors instead of Him, yet a Fire is prepared for those who deny.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Can anyone protect us better than Allah?"
Play the short Al-Kahf clip of ayat 99–110 from AL-Quran AL-Kareem.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Whom did they take as protectors?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why can't created beings protect us like Allah?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Kahf is surah 18. Find ayah 102. Some people rely on created beings instead of Allah. Only Allah truly protects. This calm warning reminds us to rely on Him.
Fact: Find the ayah 'Allah is the protector of the believers' (Al-Baqarah 2:257).
Ages 5–8: Umbrella. Talk about how an umbrella protects, but Allah protects more.
Ages 9–12: True protector. Write why we rely on Allah.
Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say hasbiyallah when I feel unsafe."
Action: Say hasbiyallah when you feel unsafe.
