وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ ٱلْقُرْءَانِ مَا هُوَ شِفَآءٌۭ وَرَحْمَةٌۭ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۙ وَلَا يَزِيدُ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ إِلَّا خَسَارًۭا
Wa nunazzilu mina l-qur''āni mā huwa shifā'un waraḥ'matun llil'mu''minīna walā yazīdu ẓẓālimīna 'illā khassāran
We send down (stage by stage) in the Qur'an that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe: to the unjust it causes nothing but loss after loss.

4-I guide
Allah sends down in the Quran what is healing and mercy for believers, while for wrongdoers it only adds to their loss.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How can words heal?"
Play the short clip from Sahih Ummah of Yasser Al-Dosari reciting ayat 78–82 of Al-Isra.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What two things is the Quran for believers?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How does the Quran heal hearts?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Isra is surah 17. Find ayah 82. The Quran calms worries, gives hope and guides choices. It heals hearts from sadness, anger and fear. It's a mercy we can open every day.
Fact: Find another ayah that calls the Quran a healing (Yunus 10:57).
Ages 5–8: Healing ayah. Pick one calming ayah to read when sad.
Ages 9–12: Healing. Write how an ayah helped you feel better.
Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will read a calming ayah when I feel down."
Action: Read a calming ayah when you feel down.
