Ask: "How do grandparents change as they get older?"

Play the short clip from Al-La'ban of Omar Hisham Al Arabi reciting ayat 68–70 of An-Nahl.

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What happens to some people in old age?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How should I treat elderly people?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Nahl is surah 16. Find ayah 70. Allah gives life and takes it. Some people live to a very old age and become forgetful again, like a child. We treat the elderly with patience and love.

Fact: Al-Isra 17:23 tells us how to treat parents in old age. Read it.

Ages 5–8: Grandparent kindness. Call or help a grandparent today.

Ages 9–12: Respecting elders. Write three ways to care for the elderly.
