فَكُلُوا۟ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ حَلَٰلًۭا طَيِّبًۭا وَٱشْكُرُوا۟ نِعْمَتَ ٱللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ إِيَّاهُ تَعْبُدُونَ
Fakulū mimmā razaqakumu -llahu ḥalālan ṭayyiban wa-sh'kurū niʻ'mata -llahi 'in kuntum' 'iyyāhu taʻ'budūna
So eat of the sustenance which Allah has provided for you, lawful and good; and be grateful for the favours of Allah, if it is He Whom ye serve.

4-I guide
So eat from the lawful and good things Allah has provided for you, and be grateful for Allah's blessings if it is Him you worship.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What makes food good to eat?"
The Holy Quran has the whole of An-Nahl by Idrees Abkar. Play just the first stretch.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What two things should food be?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What does halal and tayyib mean?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Nahl is surah 16. Find ayah 114. Allah tells us to eat food that is halal (allowed) and tayyib (good, wholesome), and to thank Him. Healthy, halal food and thankfulness go together.
Fact: Track down Al-Baqarah 2:168, which also says eat halal and good.
Ages 5–8: Healthy plate. Draw a plate of halal, healthy food.
Ages 9–12: Halal and tayyib. Write the difference between the two.
Finish with: "Al-Baqarah 2:168 says ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will eat one extra fruit or vegetable daily."
Action: Eat one extra fruit or vegetable daily.
